5 Let the wise hear and ^aincrease in learning,
and the one who understands obtain guidance,

^cbut in an abundance of counselors there is safety.

5 ^dThe thoughts of the righteous are just;
the counsels of the wicked are deceitful.

18 ^ePlans are established by counsel;
by ^fwise guidance ^gwage war.

6 for by ^hwise guidance you can wage your war,
